1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 8kdb platform and its related services. By accessing the 8kdb website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the 8kdb platform. 8kdb reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh and have been prepared in the Bengali language. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the 8kdb platform. Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create a valid account:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must register using genuine and accurate information.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Creating an account on behalf of another person or under a fictitious identity is prohibited.
• If you have ever been banned from 8kdb, you may not create a new account.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the 8kdb support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 8kdb platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods for deposits are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing time is generally between 30 minutes and 3 hours. The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal request to be successful:

• Account verification (KYC) must be complete.
• If there is an active bonus, its wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The source of the deposit and the destination of the withdrawal must be verifiable.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation

8kdb reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction in cases of unusual or suspicious activity, fraudulent conduct, or violation of these Terms.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

8kdb offers new users a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳18,000 or more, you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus is credited to the mobile number registered with the account.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus may not be applicable at the same time.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent use of a bonus, 8kdb may cancel it.
• 8kdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

The 8kdb VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The benefits of each tier are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is determined based on gaming activity. 8kdb reserves the right to modify or suspend the VIP program rules. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback benefits before withdrawal.

6 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8kdb platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Fraudulent activity for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity.
• Depositing or using funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or errors.
• Harassment of or offensive behavior toward other users.

If any of the above activities are found, 8kdb reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

7 Fair Play & Security

10 Limitation of Liability

8kdb accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Delays or failures in the services of third-party payment providers.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to the user's own negligence.
• Any personal financial decisions made based on game outcomes.

Under no circumstances shall 8kdb's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the relevant user.

11 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the 8kdb website and platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is protected under 8kdb's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content without prior written permission from 8kdb is strictly prohibited.

The intellectual property rights of games available on the platform are protected by their respective game developers, such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others.

12 Service Changes & Termination

8kdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical upgrades.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Before closing an account, all pending bonus conditions must be fulfilled and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
